Windows Live FrameIt

Hi all.  We've seen a few questions about the Momento frame. I'm sorry to say that Momento won't be adding support for FrameIt onto their Momento Live service. As many of you have mentioned, the Momento frame appears to have minimal support going forward.

Hi everyone.  I want to make sure you're getting the help you need if you run into a problem with FrameIt or a FrameIt compatible device.

 

If you have any issues with the FrameIt web site, please contact Windows Live technical support.  You can contact support through the Help feature on the FrameIt web site.   In the event that you encounter any issues with a FrameIt compatible device, please contact support for the device manufacturer directly.

Hello again.  We're excited by your engagement with Windows Live FrameIt.  Today, we're happy to announce to you that several frame manufacturers are also excited by FrameIt.  In fact, we have three manufacturers with FrameIt integrated frames on the market today.  These are the SmartParts 8" wi-fi frame, the Pandigital Kitchen Technology Center (KTC), and the iGala.  You'll see several additional frames next spring in time for Mother's Day.

Thank you for all of your comments and feedback.  We continue to use them to improve the service.

 

In the last month, some of you noticed issues with the Windows Live Spaces source.  Spaces was not returning images for any of your albums.  This issue was caused by a change in Windows Live Spaces when the new version of Windows Live released three weeks ago.  This issue has been resolved and the Spaces source is working again. 

 

In another bug with the Spaces source, some of you were seeing someone else's photos.  This issue is resolved if you delete your existing Spaces source and add a new one.  We will release an additional fix to update older Spaces sources so you don't have to delete and add again. However, this won't release until after New Years.  If you are seeing this bug and want to see it fixed right away, you will need to delete and add the new version of the Spaces source into your collection.
